Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Analyst to join our high-performing Investment Sales team in Melbourne. This role provides critical analytical, research and marketing support to senior team members and plays a key part in driving transactions across the Victorian Middle Markets. You will support the preparation of investment memoranda, financial analysis, market research and client presentations, while gaining exposure to live transactions and working closely with experienced Investment Sales professionals.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake property-level cash flow and financial modelling

  • Prepare detailed property underwriting and marketing collateral

  • Analyze market data for reports, presentations, and client materials

  • Assist with advertising material for press and online campaigns

  • Contribute to pitch documents for major transactions

  • Manage due diligence queries and provide timely, accurate responses

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Capital Markets, Research, Valuations, and Marketing

About You

  • Degree qualified in Property, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline

  • Experience in a similar Analyst role, or as an Assistant Valuer / Valuer (preferred)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively

  • Experience using property and market research platforms such as RP Data and Landchecker

  • Basic financial modelling knowledge and an interest in investment analysis

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large datasets and multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage competing tasks
