We are looking for a Consultant to join our Industrial, Logistics & Land team, based in our Porto office

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute leasing instructions for industrial real estate assets

• Monitor and support purchase and sale processes

• Assist in the analysis and evaluation of real estate assets

• Prepare and present commercial proposals to clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in RE, preferably within industrial, logistics or land assets
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including market and asset analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT, CRM knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Portugueses (additional language is a plus)
• Ability to prepare, structure and present commercial proposals and client presentations
• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Based in Porto
