About the role
- As part of Carrier’s Digital transformation, the candidate will work as a Senior Consultant in SAP S4 HANA / Procure-to-Pay module
- Responsibilities include business requirement gathering, analysis and solution design, implementation and testing, standard business support
- Candidate must be able to lead and support new process end-to-end implementation
- Work in fast-growing international team of various nationalities and cultures
- Collaboration with other SAP experts implementing the solution across countries worldwide
- Emphasis on innovation, leveraging AI capabilities and optimizing business processes
- The incumbent will report to the S4 HANA Functional Leader

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related business discipline(s)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience within the information technology and/or increasing responsibilities within a related or relevant area of business.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP ERP project delivery or support. Full cycle implementation experience
- Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA Procure to Pay, understanding dependencies with other modules
- Result orientation, always stretching to drive personal and team outcomes
- Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Open-mindness and ability to work in culturally diverse environment
- Customer facing skills, ideally gained a consultancy role
- Demonstrated “agile-development” mindset with strong customer-focus
- Spoken and written English is mandatory
- Willing to travel internationally
Responsibilities
- Implement/review/confirm ERP solutions that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements
- Perform scoping, fit-to-standard workshops for projects/enhancements, propose solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimates and align with business representatives
- Defines and prioritizes SAP ERP product features in collaboration with business subject matter experts
- Demonstrate product expertise and establish close and effective cooperation with customer / business
- Explore newly released SAP/S4 HANA 2025 features to increase customer satisfaction and deliver continuous productivity improvement – initiate, align within business and implement the solutions
- Innovate, propose, provide Po Cs
- Coach and mentor junior team members within the incumbent process domain responsibility
- Provide digital / technical advice and consultancy to clients in effective manner
- Lead SAP ERP software deliveries with a heavy focus on reuse and standardization
- Perform any other activities requested by your supervisor that are in line with the incumbent`s competences and experience
