Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for leading leasing strategy and developing to talent to maximize market growth by identifying opportunities, shaping client relationships, and driving high-value negotiations to deliver Cushman & Wakefield’s full-service real estate solutions.

About the Role:
Business Development & Leasing:
- Identify and evaluate new leasing opportunities through proactive market research and asset inspections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through meetings, presentations, and strategic engagement.
- Lead negotiations to secure Heads of Agreement and finalize lease documentation.
Brokerage & Market Intelligence:
- Build a comprehensive and accurate database of market data and intel
- Develop a highly reputable Office Market Report and Business Development tools that clients prefer to use
- Drive canvassing efforts to generate tenant opportunities and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with agents and industry stakeholders to gather market intelligence and maintain an up-to-date database.
Client Servicing & Advisory:
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing clients with strategic market insights and transaction advice.
- Conduct regular leasing meetings to align strategy, progress, and client priorities.
- Implement tailored marketing plans/proposals and manage negotiations with clients and tenants.
Leadership & Culture:
- Model and embed Cushman & Wakefield’s culture, values, and professional standards, holding peers and teams accountable where required.
- Champion sustainable business practices to minimize environmental impact.
- Represent the Cushman & Wakefield brand, ensuring clients benefit from the firm’s full-service real estate capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the wider CRE team to leverage collective expertise and deliver integrated solutions.
L&D, Talent Attraction and Retention
- Develop market standards / practices and train, coach and/or mentor top talent for them to perform at the highest level
- Hire and build a high performing team who can exceed the expectations of Cushman & Wakefield and clients
About You:
- 6 to 10+ years’ experience in sales and business development
- Experience within the Real Estate industry is advantageous
- Excellent leadership, management and communication skills to develop a high performing team
- Proven track record in leading complex leasing transactions and securing high-value agreements.
- Strong market knowledge with the ability to identify opportunities and shape business growth.
- Exceptional client relationship management and advisory skills at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development and expand market presence.
