Position: HRM Specialist

主要職責：

出缺勤管理：負責員工的出缺勤紀錄、班表安排/審核，初期以紙本檔案記錄並後續轉換至系統管理。
薪資與考勤數據整理：協助整理薪資發放相關的考勤數據，確保準確性。
人事行政作業：員工資料維護、入離職手續、資料更新。
員工關係與溝通：協助解決基本勞資問題，確保內部運營順暢、協助入職培訓。
人資作業流程優化：主動了解相關作業流程並提供改進建議。
其他主管交辦事項。

要求條件：

1~3年人力資源管理或相關領域經驗佳 。
曾在複雜且多變的業務環境與業務主管合作。
高度執行力，細心負責，享受親力親為（Hands-on）。
具備基礎 Excel / Word / 報表整理能力。
可獨立作業，並能與跨部門團隊合作。
熟悉勞基法，能應用於出勤管理及排班作業。
