Role Overview

What You Will Do:

• Drive designated category GMV goal with Rocket Growth Model, formulate Hardline category eg. Home, Auto, Outdoor&Sports, Pets category initiative and strategy.

• Manage Existing East+North regional merchants, build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth.

• Analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies.

• Identify and resolve merchants' pain points through high-impact projects.

• Build long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring high levels of merchants’ satisfaction

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, business development, category management or account management experience, Hardline category experience is preferred

• Demonstrated records in exceeding challenge targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity with growth and positive mindset
