Responsible for SAP environment data and document archiving design, configuration, implementation and maintenance. Planning and execution of archive runs. Worldwide coordination at global Basis team, IT competence centers, IT Management in accordance with standard IT guidelines. Coordinate with Location IT for SAP archiving related requirement of the plant/location. Support archiving & retrieval requirements of SAP implementation/rollout, carve-in/out, system migration or upgrade activities. Maintains documentation and library of SAP archiving technical configuration and implementation.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/University Degree in Information & Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electronic) or equivalent.

Background in supporting SAP archiving tools and related products and technologies used by Conti Tech

At least 4 years extensive working experience in the related field such as but not limited to setup and maintenance of SAP Archivelink for data object and document archiving,

Knowledge and experience in 3rd party tools such as PBS, Open Text Cloud Solutions

Ability in handling IT projects and proficiency in coordinating business demands

Outstanding knowledge and understanding of SAP cross-functional and business processes is an advantage

Experience working with intercultural and multinational team an advantage

Above average interpersonal skills, good team player

Outstanding command of English language both in oral and written communication

Highly collaborative and diligent

Capability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
