Responsible for the development, provision, implementation and support of Integrity and Law Business Applications.
Project Management:

Effective steering and managing complex and strategic Integrity and Law IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle

Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management

Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment

Lead project teams fostering teamwork
Service Management:
-
Accountable for the overall service delivery for respective services
-
Coordinate with external partners to manage application lifecycle and support

Run a sustainable demand management process including budget control
-
Responsible for the change coordination (and implementation) for respective services

Ensure efficient problem management process for respective services
-
Ensure that agreed Service Levels Agreements are met for respective services

Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Fosters cross-functional collaboration with divisional IT departments and Key User groups to jointly develop and implement strategic solutions.
Application Provisioning & IT Systems Oversight

Lead end-to-end application provisioning and coordinated cross-functional teams for seamless infrastructure integration.

Ensures availability, performance, and compliance of IT business systems supporting Integrity and Law (e.g., CORE, Asterix, Compliance Hotline), while optimizing operational costs.
IT Business Consulting

Provides expert guidance to the business management and Key User teams on IT strategies and solutions to drive competitive advantage.

Ensured full support and alignment across all topics within the area of responsibility
IT Governance, Policies & Standards:

Implements and continuously improve IT best practices, including project management, portfolio management, and service management.

Optimizes internal department processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensures adherence to Continental IT standards, asset management protocols, and security controls.

Identifies and executes cost-effective risk mitigation strategies in IT operations..
IT Sourcing & Vendor Management

Evaluated and selected suppliers, leading contract negotiations in coordination with IT Purchasing and in compliance with Continental sourcing policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information & Communication Technology or a related discipline

3 to 5 years of professional experience in the IT application operations or project delivery
-
Successfully implemented international projects with a volume exceeding €200,000
-
Experience in leading teams or initiatives without disciplinary authority
-
Strong background in working with international and cross-cultural teams
