Project Management

- Single point of contact for all employees and managers on HR matters - Provide proactive HR guidance and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legal requirements - Interface with Business Area HR, internal business and the external payroll provider - Manage the full recruiting cycle from job posting to contract preparation - Coordinate talent and performance management processes and follow‑up actions - Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure audit‑ready data quality - Prepare HR documents (contracts, certificates, letters) - Drive local regional implementation of organizational and HR changes - Implement new HR systems, tools, and processes - Lead site‑specific HR projects - Coordinate external office services and ensure a safe, well‑functioning work environment - Support the growth in the MENA region with HR activities ## Qualifications - Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field - Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally in an international or multicultural environment - Strong knowledge of local labor law and social regulations - Proven experience in project management and intercultural collaboration - Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and apply effective prioritization methods - Practical mindset, autonomy, initiative and strong service orientation - Ability to work in a complex, evolving environment - Enjoys teamwork, cooperation and building trustful relationships - Strong multi‑tasking skills - Fluency in English, spoken and written ## Additional Information Ready to drive with Continental?
