The position will be part of a global team of IT professionals under Sales Platform Services team focused on development and support of Salesforce cloud solutions utilizing agile implementation methodologies. The candidate will have a record of success in developing and deploying Salesforce Cloud solutions and improving processes. In this role, you're in charge of the following tasks: - Responsibility of Salesforce development. - Agentforce AI development - Working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject-matter experts to identify, develop and deploy solutions to business problems. - Developing, programming and ensuring the quality of the code - Ability to carry out the DevOps/Deployment tasks. - Collaboration with the business consultants - Mentoring the junior team members - Ensuring the application management ## Qualifications - Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field. - 5+ year of Salesforce development experience. - Extensive knowledge of Salesforce primary clouds (Sales, Service & Experience). - Highly proficient with LWC, Apex, Flows, SOQL. - Good knowledge of REST and SOAP based Web services, Salesforce event driven architecture. - Good knowledge of Salesforce Data & Security Model. - Good knowledge of Git and SFDX. - A Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or an Architect-level certification is considered a strong advantage - Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce, B2B Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud or CPQ or Marketing Cloud is desirable. - Experience in Mobile development (LWC based) & JavaScript frameworks. - Proven experience in PDF creation within specified formats. - Fluent English language skills written and spoken. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Systematic thinking and logical skills ## Additional Information Ready to drive with Continental?
