JOB TITLE: Senior Software Engineering

JOB LOCATION: 2900 W Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75202

DUTIES: Responsible for design, develop, and maintain modular and scalable web applications and components using modern web and microservice technologies. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that software meets quality, performance, and operational needs. Participate in code and document reviews to maintain high code quality and

adherence to standards. Conduct accessibility testing using tools such as NVDA screen reader, Lighthouse, and WAVE, and perform performance tuning and load testing with tools like JMeter, Azure App Service Monitor, Dynatrace, and ELK stack. Deploy and manage applications across various environments. Leverage containerization and cloud technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure App Service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Use Agile methodologies and tools such as Figma, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira, and i Track. Translate business needs into technical requirements and estimates using internal tracking tools as part of sprint planning. Act as team leader as needed to provide leadership to less experienced professionals. Use frontend frameworks including Next.js, React.js, Angular, and Vue.js, utilize scripting languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. Utilize UI libraries and tools such as Redux, Axios, Bootstrap, Material UI, and AG-grid. Expertly use Java technologies including Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Reactive Programming, and REST APIs, along with server-side frameworks like Express.js and build tools such as Maven. Working with automated testing frameworks including Jest, JUnit, Katalon, and Mockito to ensure high code coverage and application quality. Use code quality and review tools such as Sonar Qube, Sonar Lint, and ESLint. Utilize database tools with both relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases including Solr, Cosmos DB, Cassandra, and ADX. Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using libraries like D3.js, Plotly.js, Chart.js, and Recharts, incorporating Scalar Vector Graphics (SVG). Use tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps to manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Electrical and Electronic Engineering and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation using web technologies such

as Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud computing; utilizing scripting languages (TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML), automated testing frameworks (Jest, JUnit, Katalon), and backend technologies (Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Maven); working with both SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Solr, Cosmos, Cassandra, ADX); designing scalable web components and responsive applications; using tools such as Figma, Confluence, Jira for documentation and sprint planning; performing accessibility and performance testing; developing dashboards using visualization libraries (D3.js, Plotly.js, Chart.js, Recharts); working with CI/CD processes with tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps; and supporting development using Angular, Vue.js, Express.js, ESLint, and other modern web technologies; designing and documenting new and existing components to ensure that software meets business requirements, quality, and operational needs; using tools like Confluence, Jira, Itrack; participating in code and document reviews using tools like Sonar Qube, Sonarlint; interpreting and translating business needs into technical requirements and estimates.
