About The Role:
The Senior Specialist, Performance Media Operations will support Condé Nast’s social and branded content business across multiple advertising categories including Fashion, Beauty, CPG, Biz Fi Tech, Home, and more.
This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and analyzing digital campaigns across social platforms, YouTube, and brand-owned sites. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns across social platforms, YouTube, and Condé Nast brand.com properties
- Build campaigns efficiently to ensure seamless launches
- Provide campaign analysis and actionable insights to internal stakeholders
- Analyze audience data, historical performance, and industry trends to inform recommendations
- Deliver in-flight and post-campaign recaps highlighting performance and growth opportunities
- Troubleshoot campaign and account issues effectively
- Develop social media strategies and media plans aligned with benchmark KPIs
- Evolve social strategy in response to platform updates and performance trends
- Support global campaign planning and provide guidance to international markets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Creative, and Operations teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of media and marketing KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, engagement metrics, etc.)
- Experience with branded content, commerce content, and ad technology platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with self-serve advertising platforms and auction-based/biddable media buying
