This position manages a multi level Strategy team, architecting the annual national partnership strategy, overseeing enterprise GTM alignment, and shaping the strategic agenda for the Annual Partner Summit. The ideal candidate brings deep partnership, brand, and enterprise leadership experience, exceptional strategic acumen, and the ability to operate in a highly complex, cross functional environment.
Job Description:

- Serve as executive steward of enterprise shared partner strategies (Samsung: Team USA; Google Pixel: NBA/hoops).
- Lead event strategy direction and integration of partnership strategies into flagship enterprise experiences.
- Oversee strategic development of the Xfinity Mobile Arena and new venue‑based partnership initiatives.
- Shape budget philosophy and partner‑related investment direction across the department.
- Lead strategic design and agenda development for the Annual Partner Summit.
- Provide executive oversight of contract alignment and enterprise consistency across all agreements.
- Partner closely with Partnership Management to ensure strategic alignment in negotiations and major deal frameworks.

- A collaborative, inclusive leadership style; able to influence without authority.
