The Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join the Medium Range Air Defense (MRAD) Product Area to support the Kuwait National Advanced Surface to Air Missile System (NASAMS) program as a Principal Cost Schedule Control Analyst (P3) with a focus on program cost and schedule execution. This position comes with a unique and highly visible opportunity to support the Next Generation Short Range Interceptor (NGSRI) program in a temporary initial 6-month capacity as EVMS Manager.
The successful candidate will collaborate with product area leadership as well as the Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain, Contracts, and Integrated and Cross Product Teams providing them with financial execution support to drive program performance excellence.
The selected candidate must have strong financial, accounting, and earned value management system (EVMS) knowledge, the ability to summarize and present information supporting key decision making, a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, the ability to multitask and apply innovative thinking to solve challenges, effective and appropriate communication skills, and the ability to execute with team members at all levels of the organization.
This role is being offered onsite in Andover, MA and is based on the needs of the business. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
What You Will Do

Analyze and report program EVMS cost and schedule performance
-
Manage program budget maintenance and support resource planning
-
Generate internal monthly cost and schedule performance reports for Kuwait NASAMS program
-
Generate external USG financial CDRLS during tenure with NGSRI program (e.g. IPMDAR, CFSR)

Support quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and reviews
-
Provide financial trend analysis and support corrective action efforts
-
Support annual and monthly financial planning and forecasting (FP&A)
-
Support various ad hoc financial, growth, and strategic investment exercises
-
Drive process improvements and ensure policy and ethical compliance
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field & a minimum of 5 years of Finance related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related experience

Experience with SAP, PMX, EDIT+, BW, Analysis for MS Office (or similar systems or tools)

Experience with Earned Value Management Systems and Estimates at Complete (or equivalent)
-
Experience with the Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, and/or Power Point)

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with generation of monthly USG Financial CDRLs (e.g. IPMDAR, IPMR, CPR, CFSR)

Understanding of accounting principles and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)

Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy with demonstrated experience meeting deadlines

Independent, motivated and able to collaborate across various organizational functions

Goal-oriented individual who enjoys working in a team environment with excellent communication, organization and analytical skills

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
