Security Manager to perform Contractor Program Security Officer/Contractor Special Security Officer (CPSO/CSSO) duties for Intelligence Community SCI and/or SAP programs.

What You Will Do

  • Manages all operational and administrative program security requirements, overseeing government and corporate security compliance.
  • Works closely with respective security disciplines in matters of Personnel Security, Physical Security and Cybersecurity, driving security solutions for program execution.
  • Develops, implements, and administers security plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), Concepts of Operation (CONOPs), Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIPs), and policies and procedures in accordance with Intelligence Community regulations and directives.
  • Provides security guidance to program personnel using IC and government customer regulations and requirements, along with analyzing complex data and making appropriate program recommendations.
  • Prepares classified materials, as required, for shipment to other agencies/sites IAW applicable security handling procedures.
  • Performs classification management, reviewing classified guidance and ensuring appropriate classification markings have been applied.
  • Coordinates with personnel security on clearance submittals for special accesses in support of classified programs.
  • Manages visitor control actions, coordinating transmittal and/or verification of clearances for meetings.
  • Investigates security violations, prepares incident reports, administers corrective actions, and notifies customers and the FSO when required.
  • Assists Security Management with the Insider Threat Program ensuring compliance IAW company policy and customer requirements including initial investigation and reporting with the local FSO and Raytheon Insider Threat Program Security Officer.
  • Supports program management reviews and staff meetings. Conducts and documents periodic self-inspections IAW DoD and IC customer requirements.
  • Conducts annual self-assessments and supports customer site visits and inspections.
  • Maintains a current understanding of security requirements and policies to assist in the interpretation of security policy on matters pertaining to processing, dissemination, and control of classified materials, liaison between Sponsor(s) and other federal agencies and contractors.
  • Assists physical security with accreditation documentation, as well as coordination of co-use/joint-use agreements.
  • Administers and tracks security artifacts that aid in the execution of program activities.
  • Prepares and delivers briefings to internal and external customers.
  • Develops, maintains and administers a security education and awareness program in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Supports new business capture efforts and Front End of the Business (FEOTB) requirements to include Security Volume and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
  • Must apply experience in supporting security concepts, principles and practices to analyze and resolve difficult and complex security issues.

Qualificatioons You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience working on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Emergency Action Plans (EAP's) Concepts of Operations (CONOP's) and Program Protection Implementation Plans (PIPP's)

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
