Job Description Summary:

This role is responsible for shaping influencer marketing efforts to effectively engage consumers, amplify brand messages, and foster authentic connections. This role needs to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Categories, IMX EPICS, IMX Studio X and other internal or external social media teams, to manage social influencer relationships to drive impactful consumer experience that align with brand values and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with marketing goals, brand identity, and target consumers.

  • Craft an influencer management process that identifies, maintains and nurtures long-term relationships with key individuals, thought leaders, and content creators whose values and audiences align with brand values.

  • Craft creative guidance for influencers, ensuring content aligns with brand values. Streamline approval process to review and provide feedback on influencer-generated content.

  • Work closely with various teams to craft influencer-led experiences that integrate seamlessly with broader marketing initiatives.

  • Explore the emerging influencer platforms and technologies to shift consumer behaviors and forward-thinking influencer strategies.

Requirements:

  • Passion for consumer-centered digital communication and a desire to advocate for the best consumer experience.

  • Minimum of 7 years proven experience as an Influencer Marketing or similar leadership role.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, coordinate dependencies, and manage risks in complex environments.

  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for storytelling and brand building. Strategic thinking with the ability to align influencer marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

  • Deep understanding of various social and emerging platforms, influencer management tools, industry regulations and legal considerations related to influencer marketing.
