This role leads the development and execution of integrated communications strategies to protect and enhance the corporate reputation of the TCCS across the GCM OU, in alignment with Corporate priorities. Reporting to the OU PACS VP, this role serves as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership and works across Corporate, bottlers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent and relevant corporate narrative internally and externally.

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Lead end-to-end corporate communications strategy and execution to strengthen the GCM OU’s corporate reputation across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Own and steward the GCM corporate narrative, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and relevance for local markets, and oversee the translation of the narrative into audience-focused content.

  • Define and execute an integrated channel strategy across Earned, Owned, Shared, and Paid media.

  • Build and manage strong media and stakeholder relationships to effectively deliver key messages and generate insights to inform the business.

  • Lead issue and crisis communications, including messaging, planning, and spokesperson support for senior leaders.

  • Partner with the community management team to ensure social engagement aligns with the corporate narrative and tone of voice.

  • Collaborate with Corporate, bottlers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of communications plans and messaging.

  • Lead and develop a highperforming communications team, driving accountability, collaboration, innovation, and impact.

  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of solid experience in communications and public relations, preferably within a large, complex, global organization.

  • Deep understanding of the media landscape, including traditional, digital, and social channels.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, audience-oriented messaging that drives tangible business actions.

  • Proactive, agile and accountable leader with strong influencing skills and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, networked environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, geographies, and the broader system to deliver integrated outcomes.

  • Network-oriented mindset with curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt in evolving areas.

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal contexts.
