The Manager, Consumer / Customer Data, LATAM is responsible for the hands-on execution of consumer and customer data initiatives, supporting Marketing and Commercial teams with data integration, analysis, and activation. This role focuses on operational delivery, ensuring data is accurate, compliant, and effectively used to support campaigns, personalization, and commercial decision-making.

The Manager works closely with regional markets, Digital, and analytics partners to bring consumer data use cases to life.

What You’ll Do for Us

Data Activation & Execution

  • Execute consumer data use cases, including audience creation, segmentation, campaign targeting, and performance analysis.

  • Support CRM, CDP, loyalty, and owned platform data activation activities.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data outputs to marketing and commercial teams.

Data Integration & Quality Support

  • Support integration of consumer data across systems and platforms, validating data flows and resolving basic issues.

  • Monitor data quality and completeness, flagging risks or gaps to senior team members.

  • Maintain documentation for data definitions and use cases.

Governance & Compliance Support

  • Apply data governance, privacy, and consent standards in daily execution.

  • Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks as required.

  • Ensure responsible use of consumer data in all activities.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Produce dashboards and reports tracking campaign performance, audience effectiveness, and consumer engagement.

  • Analyze results and provide insights to support optimization efforts.

  • Support value tracking for consumer data initiatives.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Digital, and Analytics partners to understand business needs.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional working sessions.

  • Continuously build skills in consumer data, platforms, and analytics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data, Analytics, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, CRM, or digital marketing roles

  • Working knowledge of CRM, CDP, marketing analytics, or BI tools

  • Strong attention to detail and data quality

  • Curiosity and eagerness to grow in consumer data and marketing technology
