Team/Role Overview
Our Client Solutions team sits within our Services Legal department. Corporate clients rely on Citi to offer solutions related to Cash Management, Trade Solutions and Investor Services. Our new team looks to bridge the gap between these three offerings, with an aim to achieve consistency in relation to our legal agreements and the associated procedures. We lead the majority of the legal transactional interactions with our Clients, and will look to constantly improve their experience in working with Citi. We are also relied upon by internal stakeholders to provide reliable legal assistance and guidance in relation to Client queries.
What you’ll do

Review client documentation (authority documentation).

Analyze and review NDAs.

Assist our business in relation to execution requirements for legal documentation, and senior lawyers in their transactional work with major corporate clients

Provide research and updates to the legal teams on relevant legal/regulatory updates.

Guide Clients on requirements to reflect mergers/acquisitions.
What we’ll need from you

Experience working in corporate legal department, law firm, financial services, consulting or related industry.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Curiosity of updates in law and regulation.

Personable approach and ability to work in a team.

Ability to absorb large amounts of information/training and applying that to this role.
