The overall objective of this role is to address external customer issues and provide ongoing customer support. The team is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service skills who will provide resolutions and support to the Corporate client segment across Czech/Slovakia.

What you will do

  • Ensure customer inquiries are responded in an efficient and timely manner via phone and email, maintaining compliance with departmental standards 
  • Develop and maintain client portfolio through regular interactions
  • Effectively liaise with other local and cross border internal teams and departments   
  • Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
  • Proactively inform clients about problems (system failures, market issues) and provide regular resolution updates
  • Serve as the first-line point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues

What we will need from you

  • 2 years of relevant service or banking experience is an advantage
  • University degree preferred
  • Fluent English and native Czech/Slovakian language knowledge
  • Computer proficiency - strong IT skills (Windows, MS office knowledge)
  • High level of client service orientation, creativity, initiative and flexibility
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
