The overall objective of this role is to address external customer issues and provide ongoing customer support. The team is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service skills who will provide resolutions and support to the Corporate client segment across Czech/Slovakia.
What you will do
- Ensure customer inquiries are responded in an efficient and timely manner via phone and email, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
- Develop and maintain client portfolio through regular interactions
- Effectively liaise with other local and cross border internal teams and departments
- Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
- Proactively inform clients about problems (system failures, market issues) and provide regular resolution updates
- Serve as the first-line point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
What we will need from you
- 2 years of relevant service or banking experience is an advantage
- University degree preferred
- Fluent English and native Czech/Slovakian language knowledge
- Computer proficiency - strong IT skills (Windows, MS office knowledge)
- High level of client service orientation, creativity, initiative and flexibility
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
