Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Project Leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define project requirements and scope.
- Creation and maintenance of key project artifacts, including plans, schedules, and project charters.
- Monitoring project progress, tracking performance data, and preparing variance reports to compare estimates with actual data.
- Managing the project issue log, documenting change control actions, and ensuring all updates are approved and reflected in the documentation.
- Analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for their improvement and automation (robotics).
- Creation of detailed process documentation, including flows, process maps, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) using Agile methodologies.
- Support in creating reports that measure project management performance against established standards.
- Leading regular project meetings with cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technology partners.
- Preparation and distribution of detailed meeting minutes, with clear identification of tasks to be performed and tracking of their completion.
- Support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and immediately escalating any issues to the project team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role related to project coordination or business analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates.
- Education: A university degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Share Point.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience or a documented interest in process automation will be a significant plus!
