As a Product Delivery & Agile Lead in our CRM Technology team, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery process across multiple agile teams. You will guide product management and software development, ensuring alignment with our company’s vision. Your leadership will help drive efficient processes, transparent governance, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in building a collaborative and engaged team culture, supporting agile practices, and delivering impactful solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage projects to meet client commitments and deadlines, maintaining well-documented product backlogs
- Collaborate with Product Director and senior stakeholders to define and deliver a bold, achievable roadmap
- Guide development teams in establishing and tracking data-driven metrics for agile delivery
- Analyze, design, and implement efficient processes for product delivery and sprint planning
- Foster a culture of cooperation and engagement through team-led practices
- Produce clear and transparent project governance and reporting
- Apply commercial awareness to balance costs and benefits
- Support teams in adopting and improving agile practices
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Drive continuous improvement through meaningful data and metrics
- Resolve conflicting priorities and navigate delivery teams skillfully
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the delivery life cycle in an agile environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse audiences
- Ability to develop effective relationships with key business partners
- Demonstrated risk awareness and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and own issues to resolution
- Flexible team player with a positive attitude in demanding situations
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in technology areas such as e Commerce, pricing, trading, settlement, and CRM
- Expertise in resolving conflicting priorities within delivery teams
- Significant experience with agile software development in high-pressure environments
- Ability to extract and analyze development metrics for continuous improvement
- Degree level education or higher in a STEM subject
- Strong documentation and organizational skills for stakeholder presentations
- Self-motivated to achieve the best results for clients
