What is Services?Citi’s Services organization plays a crucial role in supporting institutional clients through a wide range of innovative solutions, enabling them to navigate complex financial landscapes. Our business provides integrated cash management and trade finance solutions to help multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations optimize liquidity, working capital, and streamline transactions globally. Our business also delivers custody, fund administration, collateral management, and performance analytics, helping asset managers, institutional investors, and financial institutions efficiently manage and safeguard assets. With our global reach, including presence in over 90 countries, cutting-edge technology, and client-first approach, we provide seamless solutions that drive business success in an evolving financial world.

We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.This role is an 18-month placement to come and work within Services in a fast paced, dynamic environment. It provides the opportunity to work across the sales organisation or within our product teams in a hands-on role to build a skillset and career path that supports the ongoing success of the business. Successful candidates will enroll on a L4 Investment Operations qualification with BPP.

What are the goals of the apprentice role?

• Learn about the Services product areas and gain an understanding of how they support Citi’s wider offering to clients

• Ownership of key deliverables for the business

• Contribute to projects that support business transformation and growth

• Assist in ongoing reporting and business monitoring activities

• Create a platform to grow and develop a career in Financial Services

Qualifications:

• Three A-Levels or equivalent

• GCSE English and Math

• Capable of prioritising workload

• Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills.
