Provide guidance and advice on a broad spectrum of core issues and best practices, including: Development and professionalization of family offices, including assessing “build vs. buy” options Design, lead, and participate in exclusive client learning events -- including webcasts, roundtables (in-person and virtual), global Family Office Leadership Summits, regional Family Office Executive Forums -- by ensuring bespoke content and effective engagement strategies. Develop cutting-edge content addressing family office needs, including whitepapers, in-depth reports, and case studies, focusing on evergreen issues as well as new trends in family office and family governance best practices. Develop and deliver thought leadership through compelling educational initiatives, including sharing subject matter expertise, moderating webcasts and roundtables, and designing internal training sessions. Act as a senior liaison, collaborating strategically with GFO teams, the Integrated Client Engagement team, bankers, Investment Counselors, and regional leadership to integrate Family Office Advisory as a core differentiator in client acquisition and retention. Mentor and educate bankers and Investment Counselors with targeted educational programs, enhancing their understanding of complex family office needs. Extensive and demonstrable experience in the family office sector, wealth management, or management consulting, working with family office executives, principals, and family members in an advisory capacity. Track record of driving incremental revenue and new client acquisition with family offices. Proven leadership with strategic initiatives and complex client engagements. Broad and deep expertise in family office best practices, family governance, understanding of wealth management, wealth planning, and investment strategies. Strategic thinker with a proactive, result-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects across diverse regions. Exceptional written and verbal communication, influential presentation skills, with a track record of effectively engaging senior clients, global stakeholders, and internal leadership teams. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across a matrixed organization. Outstanding understanding of evolving family office needs in the region. Exceptional knowledge of the EMEA market landscape and connectivity within the family office ecosystem of advisors, service providers and centers of excellence. Demonstrated understanding of technology solutions, including AI, and their application in family offices. Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global environment. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is required. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD, CFA) and/or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
