We’re looking for a highly detailed Production Designer to join our in-house creative agency. In this role, you’ll be responsible for adapting, finalizing and delivering a wide range of creative assets across digital and print. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and cross functional partners to ensure all visual outputs meet brand standards, production specs and quality expectations. This is a fast paced, execution focused role that’s essential to bringing our creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, adapt and finalize design files for production across print and digital
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines in all deliverables
• Execute versioning, resizing and formatting of creative assets
• Ensure quality control, consistency, and brand integrity across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets
• Conduct thorough quality checks on final files before release
• Maintain an organized asset library and version control system
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in graphic or production design, preferably in an in-house agency or fast-paced creative team
• Proficiency in Figma, including experience with components, auto layout, libraries, and collaborative design workflows
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, consistency, and visual polish across digital formats and direct mail
• Proficient in implementation of ADA accessibility standards, particularly for email design.
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Comprehensive understanding of templates, printing specs and press ready file prep
• Comfortable working across digital and print formats.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Able to balance speed with precision and adapt to evolving priorities.
• A comprehensive online portfolio showcasing your strongest work, including examples relevant to email and direct mail

Education:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
