Mehnaty Graduate Analyst is an Emirati Program for a duration of 12 months designed to develop and nurture UAE national talent, preparing fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking.

Responsibilities:

• Fast TraX is a cross-franchise program. It is a premier mid-career development program, which gives candidates exposure to different businesses across the franchise, with a view to groom future leaders.

• Program Objectives:

• Provide accelerated learning and career franchise expertise.

• Provide cross-franchise and cross-business exposure to candidates.

• Develop top talent for the future.

• Program Construct:

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Have already graduated between 2023 – 2025.

• Obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above.

• Keen interest in a career in financial services.
