How will you make an impact in this role?
We are seeking an experienced, self-driven professional to join our project team being responsible for the implementation of a white label loyalty platform. You will be essential in delivering strategic projects and system integrations by managing all phases of the project lifecycle. This role ensures that business priorities are met by applying project management methodologies, aligning with organizational standards, and driving business change initiatives.
- Analyze and understand client business needs, define requirements, and propose optimal project solutions to drive business transformation.
- Manage effective communication and coordination between customer’s business and technical departments with our project team, providing regular status reports and project updates.
- Identify and assess project risks; changes in scope and stakeholder expectations through structured analysis, impact assessments, requirements validation.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive project documentation, including (but not limited to): requirements documentation, design specifications and project reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- You are empathetic and an excellent communicator, able to connect with people across different levels and backgrounds.
- You bring proven experience in applying effective questioning techniques to uncover insights and drive conversations forward (e.g. CBAP).
- You are a native level Japanese speaker and fluent in English, enabling seamless communication in international environments.
- You have at least 5-8 years of business experience in a relevant field like software implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
- You bring over 5 years of experience in CRM and loyalty programs.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel or airline industry, giving you valuable insights into its operational dynamics and customer expectations.
- You are familiar with agile ways of working and have practical experience with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, enabling you to contribute effectively in cross-functional, scaled environments.
