Job Overview:

The Transaction Capture Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to the Business as part of  the DCM (DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS and ECM (EQUITY CAPITAL MARKETS) Deal teams by acting as control and support function in the trade lifecycle.

As part of the Syndicate Middle office team, the analyst will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders ranging from the Deal teams and Business Unit managers, other members of Syndicate Middle Office, to Product Control, Invoicing and Syndicate Settlements team toward the shared goal of providing the best service to the issuers and clients by ensuring any trade queries and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner. The successful candidate will receive supportive training and a personal development plan to help them success within this role and develop their career at Citi.

What you'll do

• Participate in revenue recognition and fee booking process

• Analyse and comment on deal reconciliations and exceptions reports

• Support deal close-out process, investigate outstanding invoices

• Manage Prospectus delivery report for EMEA region

• Provide ad hoc analysis to the deal teams and Middle Office management

• Participate in value added projects including and not limited to new revenue recognition workflow implementation, performance analysis, implementation, and support of new business initiatives, and providing specifications and testing for new technologies

• Work with global as well as regional peers to communicate ideas and solutions to enhance efficiency and controls.

• Escalate all issues in a timely manner and oversee client and business ad-hoc queries and requirement.

• Assist management in training and development of junior members of staff.
