The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, validation of employee data submissions, processing of job data changes, termination and offboarding, creation and issuance of contract changes, and reference letters. Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring data quality in system for payroll, benefits, and regulatory requirement. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 1 requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job.

Overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work across areas Data management, Reconciliation/Investigation and Records Management.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Follow standard procedures to manage the employee data request across India, Srilanka, Bangladesh MEA & Other countries across global Citi sectors.

  • Perform required due diligence checks based on the service type and country nuance aligned to Citi policies and local regulations.

  • Maintain high data quality standards through accurate execution and quick resolution.

  • Communicate effectively with HR partners, Business and employees regarding the service request raised and share an updated status.

  • Prioritize the request as per the service type request based on SLA.

  • Manage incoming requests via Service Now with accurate tracking and timely updates.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned

  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

  • Build effective working relationships within team, users and stake holders.

  • Escalate, manage and report control related issues with transparency.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail - pays particular attention to detail and accurate data/work.

  • Adaptability - flexible approach and attitude to role with a willingness to adapt to needs and demands of business.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work to align to service level agreements

  • Ability to multi-task on a consistent basis.

  • Flexible to work in an office environment and/or remotely as required.

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 5 years of Working Experience

  • Language requirement: Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required

  • Knowledge and Experience on Workday and SNOW system is plus.

  • Knowledge and Experience on HR Shared Services is plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and our competitors

  • Proven organization and time management skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
