Meet the team:

At Cisco IT's NEO (Network Engineering & Operations) team, we Architect, Design, Implement, Operate and Automate Cisco's internal production networks. In NEO's ISE (Network-Auth AAA) team, we support Cisco's workforce to get on wired, wireless, VPN and lab networks from anywhere in the world. The Cisco on Cisco perspective using our own product ISE at scale in live production network provides opportunity to collaborate with business unit to make the product what industry needs it to be. This global team supports Cisco employees, business units, partners and contingent workforce connect to network seamlessly everyday.

Your Impact:

You're a Senior Engineer with network security and network automation skill set. You will help set strategy and deliver our next-generation software defined networks. Responsibilities include:

• Design, Implement and Operate Global Network for Cisco's Premise sites.

• Firewall Security, Access control, Third Party Access Control Policing.

• Contribute to Cisco IT's long-term strategy, vision and policies.

• Solid exposure to the latest Cisco IT infrastructure WAN and Access Hardware and Software, for example, Cat9k's, ASR1K's.

• Develop automation for redundant tasks to optimize Operations and Implementations.

• Introduce new technologies to production.

• Develop and provide services to better monitor, measure, root-cause analysis, and debug Cisco Premise networks.

• Responsible for the long-term health and therefore help in the definition and prediction pipelines for network health - availability and service-level objectives

• Function as technical, engineering and operational subject matter expert for automation, complex networking systems for partner teams, and customers.

• Take on-call rotation to respond to high priority incidents and resolve issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors in CS,

• Exposure, to python, AI, automation with 2-3 years of exp,

-Ability to think outside the box

• Excellent team player & Communication

• AAA skills, CCNA cerrtification, Dev Net
