Role Overview:

As a Cloud DevOps Lead/Architect, lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and automated cloud infrastructure. Define DevOps strategy, guide engineering teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Architect enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab.
• Design and implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
• Lead container orchestration strategy using Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.
• Define monitoring and observability frameworks.
• Establish security and compliance controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud architecture with business and technical goals.

Cloud Competency:

• IaaS, PaaS
• Certification in cloud Solutions Architect
• Professional or DevOps Engineer
• Professional.
• Proven experience in multi-account architecture, cost optimization, and governance.

Qualifications:

• Expert in Python, Bash, Groovy.
• Deep hands-on experience with Terraform,Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
• Strong leadership, architecture documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge
• Collate trainings to be conducted as triage to bridge the skill gaps identified through interviews with the Production Specialist
• Develop and conduct trainings (Triages) within products for production specialist as per target
• Inform client about the triages being conducted
• Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
• Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
• Identify and document most common problems and recommend appropriate resolutions to the team
• Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
