Meet the Team Over the past three years, APJC has transformed into a region recognized for its outstanding results, innovation, and high-performing teams within Cisco. The Cisco APJC Small-Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-market segment (aka Scale segment) plays a crucial role in driving growth for the region. Asia Pacific, Japan & Greater China is aggressively pursuing strategies to expand in this market segment, such as launching a selective portfolio of products and services specifically designed for SMB customers.

The Scale business is a channel-led, programmatic, data-intensive, and promotion-driven venture targeting customers in the region with minimal to no Cisco sales touch. One key route to market involves leveraging our service providers or managed service providers, focusing on leading with Cisco’s Cloud portfolio, including Meraki, Webex, and SaaS security.

Your Impact

  • Conduct training to business users on enhancements/new projects, and provide post-implementation support to business users
  • Design interactive visualization dashboards and reports to support and inform business units/teams in their decision-making process
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with data-driven analysis
  • Perform forecasting through a combination of historical data analysis with qualitative requirements
  • Analyze sales performance metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, revenue, churn, and sales cycle length
  • Act as a key communicator between business teams and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and business users to ensure that technological solutions are delivered
  • Execute ad-hoc analysis to support sales management’s decision-making process

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in finance, sales operations or program development/management in the IT industry (preferable)
  • Highly analytical, passionate for details, and quantitative mind, capable of translating analytical insights into actions
  • Good problem-solving skills with ability to work through ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently and provide support to teams working remotely
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, listening and presentation skills. Able to articulate complex ideas and strategies to people at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university/college
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills are required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with SQL to analysis big data set and find out potential patterns.
  • Passion for learning new systems and processes
