Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:

  • Partner with sales consultants for efficient implementation of new business and smooth transition into the client management team.

  • Develop strategic relationships with key partners and understand clients' strategic business goals.

  • Champion client needs while balancing business needs and developing solutions based on customers' strategic goals.

  • Monitor service delivery execution and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Liaise with internal functions to drive financial results and achieve high customer satisfaction.

  • Meet persistency goals and finalize the renewal of client contracts.

  • Define the Renewal Strategy with the Client Management and Underwriting Teams.

  • Maintain records on SFDC for key accounts and manage clients in line with team procedures.

  • Coordinate with regional service partners to enhance client-facing propositions.

  • Leverage global client relationships to identify and facilitate growth opportunities.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on healthcare and social security regulations for Australia and other markets.

  • Associated business travel required.

  • Foster collaboration and gain support for organizational proposals.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure optimum service to clients.

Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:

  • University degree preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or strategic relationship management.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player with the ability to drive results through collaboration.
