Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven professional to be responsible for tracking, validating and reporting affordability initiatives for provider contracting across international health. This role plays a critical part in ensuring transparency, accuracy and timely reporting while partnering closely with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, self-driven with good communication skills and strong technical capability in Excel. SQL is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate, validate, and report provider agreements across International Health (IH) in line with contractual terms.
  • Track and monitor financial agreements with providers, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and enhance the monthly tracker of provider initiatives to support ongoing monitoring and reporting.
  • Partner with international stakeholders, to clarify assumptions and ensure alignment.
  • Support continuous improvement of tracking processes, automation and controls.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Economics team and support analysis as required.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering or similar.
  • No previous experience required.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reconciliation).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL language or similar is a plus.
  • Effective at time management and ability to take ownership.
  • Actively contributes to process improvements and automation initiatives.
