You’ll work towards your Level 3 Improvement Technician apprenticeship, learning how to identify problems, analyse data, and implement practical solutions to improve processes, quality, and efficiency across the business.

SALARY:  £18,000 per annum in Year 1, with annual salary increases as you progress through the apprenticeship

LOCATION: Based in Blackburn (BB1) with travel required across the region, including Birmingham

REQUIREMENTS: You need to be 18 or over for this role due to site regulations and to hold a full UK Driving License

STUDY COMMITMENT: This will be completed virtually over the course of your apprenticeship

• Work with different teams to spot ways to make tasks quicker, safer, or easier

• Collect and review data to understand where improvements can be made

• Help plan and test new ideas to make the business run more smoothly

What you will bring

• 3 x Standard 5s including Maths and English

• Full UK driving licence is essential for this role
