Step into a key role supporting our global Leadership Development team. You’ll help to keep our programmes running smoothly - coordinating events, evaluating data, managing logistics, and keeping our operations sharp. This is a full‑time role based at our global head office in Staines‑Upon‑Thames.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of leadership development events and programmes.
- Build and maintain efficient systems, templates, and digital workflows.
- Use AI and other technology tools to streamline admin tasks and improve participant experience.
- Coordinate projects with global stakeholders to ensure consistency.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, event planning, and communications for virtual and in‑person sessions.
- Keep documentation accurate, organised, and audit‑ready.
- Suggest improvements that enhance processes and programme quality.
- Work with the VP of Leadership Development to research and prepare impactful presentations.
What You Need to Bring
- Strong digital skills, especially in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Share Point).
- Experience using AI and other technology tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve ways of working.
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Skill in creating templates, trackers, and digital forms.
- Some experience in events, coordination, or administration.
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for innovation.
- Confidence and willingness to support hybrid and in‑person events in a variety of tasks.
- A collaborative, solutions‑focused approach.
- A strong, can‑do attitude.
- Familiarity with HR/LMS platforms, digital learning tools will be a bonus.
