Step into a key role supporting our global Leadership Development team. You’ll help to keep our programmes running smoothly - coordinating events, evaluating data, managing logistics, and keeping our operations sharp. If you want to join a supportive, hard-working team, you love organising and creating seamless experiences, this role is for you.

This is a full‑time role based at our global head office in Staines‑Upon‑Thames.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of leadership development events and programmes.
  • Build and maintain efficient systems, templates, and digital workflows.
  • Use AI and other technology tools to streamline admin tasks and improve participant experience.
  • Coordinate projects with global stakeholders to ensure consistency.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, event planning, and communications for virtual and in‑person sessions.
  • Keep documentation accurate, organised, and audit‑ready.
  • Suggest improvements that enhance processes and programme quality.
  • Work with the VP of Leadership Development to research and prepare impactful presentations.

What You Need to Bring

  • Strong digital skills, especially in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Share Point).
  • Experience using AI and other technology tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve ways of working.
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Skill in creating templates, trackers, and digital forms.
  • Some experience in events, coordination, or administration.
  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for innovation.
  • Confidence and willingness to support hybrid and in‑person events in a variety of tasks.
  • A collaborative, solutions‑focused approach.
  • A strong, can‑do attitude.
  • Familiarity with HR/LMS platforms, digital learning tools will be a bonus.
