Job Description:

S2P Sub Process Lead e-Invoicing (f/m/x)

Location: Warsaw (other possible locations: Poznan, UK, Mexico, Brazil)

Join Mars as a S2P Sub Process Lead for e-Invoicing within our Digital Core program. In this role, you will drive the development of global design for the e-Invoicing domain, ensuring compliance with government mandates and increases e-Invoice adoption and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a future-ready, end-to-end process design whilst supporting successful segment deployments.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Utilize Mars knowledge and networks to identify key business scenarios across the e-Invoice landscape.

  • Lead the development and deep dive sessions for the e-Invoice landscape process design.

  • Participate in global design workshops and previews for e-Invoicing.

  • Collect, analyze, and present information to enable key design decisions.

  • Lead and support change impact assessments and provide input for training needs analysis.

  • Own e-Invoicing documentation to ensure alignment with design and quality.

  • Identify test cases for e-Invoicing.

  • Support the data team to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

  • Support segment deployments of e-Invoicing.

  • Build country understanding of the e-Invoicing global template to validate fit and identify gaps.

  • Use country validation output to refine design and process documentation.

  • Work with the PMO to develop, deliver, and manage activity plans to ensure delivery to time, quality, and budget.

  • Propose and instigate corrective actions as needed.

  • Identify and build a network of e-Invoicing experts within Mars.

  • Ensure alignment with BAU e-Invoice processes and teams.

  • Support the E2E Transformation Lead GPO and PMO in leading multi-functional teams.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline preferred (preferably Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).

  • Minimum 5 years’+ domain experience in a CPG or similar company.

  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

  • Detailed understanding of e-Invoice tools, standards, and processes.

  • Knowledge of e-Invoice government mandates and their impact on I2P processes.

  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP).

  • Prior experience in leading transformational programs or enterprise-wide change initiatives.

  • Good exposure to P2P and connected technologies (e.g., Ariba, SAP, One Source, VIM).

  • Fluent in English (excellent written and oral skills).

  • Highly collaborative with executive presence and influencing skills.

  • Digital savvy and exposure to RPA, automation, and AI.
