About the Role
Chubb Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our National Key Accounts team. This role is critical to strengthening long-term partnerships with our existing Fire, Security and Monitoring customers, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth across our national portfolio.
You will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, driving value from our solutions while identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of National Key Account customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer environments, business needs, and risk profiles.
- Identify and execute growth and cross-sell opportunities within existing Fire, Security, and Monitoring customers.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Service, and Monitoring teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
- Lead regular customer reviews, performance meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Proactively manage issues, risks, and escalations to protect and strengthen customer relationships.
- Track and report on customer health, retention metrics, and revenue growth within your account base.
- Ensure contractual obligations and service delivery standards are met or exceeded.
About You
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management, ideally within Fire, Security, Facilities, or a technical services environment.
- Strong track record of retaining and growing revenue within existing customer portfolios.
- Commercially astute with the ability to identify and convert expansion opportunities.
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple national accounts.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
