Summary
We’re looking for a bold, business-minded Vice President of People to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and a catalyst for organizational growth. This is not a traditional HR leadership role — it’s a highly visible position at the center of our business strategy, culture, and performance.
As VP of People, you will challenge convention, elevate leadership capability, and design talent strategies that directly impact results. You’ll lead a team of People Business Partners while embedding deeply within Corporate, Creative, and Café teams to drive alignment, innovation, and accountability.
If you’re energized by fast growth, complex business challenges, and the opportunity to influence at scale — this is your seat at the table.
