The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications to join the Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center Team. In addition to providing Downstream services support, the more than 1000 professionals that work at BASSC, provide expert information technology, human resource, finance, procurement, and solutions to Chevron partners around the globe.

Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center, provides back office and customer service support to the North America (US and Canada) and Latin America Retail, Aviation, Commercial & Industrial, Lubricants and Chemicals businesses.

Chevron is accepting online applications for the Consumer Audience Specialist position

About the Role

The Consumer Audience Specialist role is a hands-on key contributor to driving consumer acquisition, retention, and engagement across Chevron’s marketing channels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with operational agility to deliver high-performing campaigns. Responsibilities include data interpretation, stewardship, and continuous improvement to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Audience Strategy & Segmentation

  • Develops audience segments over time using behavioral insights, predictive analytics and/or AI-driven analysis
  • Defines audience logic and recommends targeting criteria for personalized marketing journeys

Data Stewardship & Enablement

  • Verifies and validates data availability for Journey Delivery and campaign execution.
  • Provision audience data to campaign specialists across B2C and B2B channels.
  • Maintain and evolve RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) modeling frameworks
  • Act as a data steward and end-user advocate for data quality and usability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. (i.e. Marketing Technology, Data Science, Programs)
  • Strong partnership with the Customer Experience Data Analyst

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor audience performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide support to all data analysis for overall Marketing performance measurement (ROI)
  • Support the development of dashboards and visualizations to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to the Audience Analysis Roadmap (Descriptive → Predictive → Prescriptive)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or audience management.
  • Experience with designing and delivering Azure API and associated data platform solutions.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau CRM)
  • Experience working in a global operations organization
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Advanced English Level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with business partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with visualization tools, creating data sources, SQL
  • Experience building and managing data in Tableau CRM

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
