• This is a position providing daily DCS operation for production safe, reliable, and efficiency. 该职位负责日常 DCS 操作，以确保生产安全、可靠和高效。- Complete production tasks in accordance with schedules and instructions;

• Operation of DCS system in accordance with PCN requirements;

• Communicating and collaborating with field operators to ensure safe and efficient operation of the production area

• Safely performing raw material receiving and unloading, product filling and shipping;

• Monitoring and adjusting process variables to ensure they are within established or target parameters

• Coordinate with maintenance department to plan work activities to minimize or eliminate process

• Follow up on laboratory results, make adjustments and correct non-conforming results

• Collaborate with process engineers to perform process troubleshooting and improvement

• Data entry in SAP and MII system

• Responsible for daily DCS operations in Phase II hazardous chemical zinc salt production

• Loading and unloading of hazardous chemical tankers: concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, alcohols, etc.

• 危化品槽车的装卸：浓硫酸、氢氧化钠、醇类等

• Powder addition: P2S5, zinc oxide, etc.

• 粉料的添加：P2S5、氧化锌等

• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operational tasks.

• 编写标准作业操作流程SOP

• Possess emergency response capabilities for hazardous chemicals, able to take quick decisions and execution in emergencies to minimize environmental pollution and prevent serious hazards

• 具备危险化学品应急处理能力，能够在紧急情况下迅速做出决策并执行，减少环境污染和严重危 害的发生

• Responsible for DCS training and competency assessment of new employees

• 负责对新员工的DCS培训以及能力评估

• Demonstrate efficient communication and coordination skills to ensure safe and efficient production operations

• Daily production troubleshooting as well as incident reporting and management;

• 日常生产故障排除以及事故报告和处理

• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

• Job Requirements (English required & Chinese preferred):

• High school or above, or technical secondary school in chemical engineering

• 高中以上学历，或化工类专业中专以上学历

• Relevant experience in refinery, petrochemical or chemical industry is preferred

• 有炼油、石化或化工行业相关经验者优先

• Preference will be given to those with a boiler operator certificate.

• 有锅炉操作证者优先

• Familiar with DCS operations, preferably in the chemical industry.
