Chevron is accepting online applications for the position **Exploration Commercial Analyst **through March 24th, 2026 at
**11:**59 p.m.**Central Time. **
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage JV/NOJV contracts, documents, ballots, and notices using digital platforms such as Share Point, JV Ballot Tool.

Coordinate the delivery, transition, and manage implementation of a Shared System of Record across Frontier Exploration responsible for housing all agreements and tracking timelines, and obligations
-
Coordinate committee meetings, approvals, and maintain accurate records through digital collaboration tools.
-
Support the Frontier Exploration team by preparing analytics and dashboards with Power BI to inform strategic decisions, track deadlines, and obligation
-
Proactively deliver all commercial and regulatory obligations to maintain licenses, proactively surface obligations, trade-offs and risks.

Develop and maintain digital tools for contract tracking, compliance monitoring, and project reporting.
-
Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment of business processes.

Monitor market trends, organize digital resources, and support portfolio management decisions.

Prepare and manage documentation for bid rounds and contract execution within secure digital environments.

Assist Frontier Exploration organization with framing and delivery of trades, farm-in, farm-out, and other transactional opportunities

Continuously update and improve team workflows.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree
-
Minimum of 3 years of exploration experience or equivalent relevant industry experience.

Proficiency in Power BI for analytics and business reporting
-
Advanced skills with Share Point for document management and collaboration
-
Experience in creating and maintaining digital workflow tools
-
Organizational and project coordination abilities
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Contract administration and compliance tracking
Significance
Position ensures reliable JV/NOJV operations, full compliance with internal and external requirements, empowers Commercial through advanced digital skills, and enables our Frontier Exploration program.
Relocation Options:
Relocation is not offered for this role. Only local candidates will be considered.
International Considerations:
Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
