  • Act as an ambassador for the CORE team, increasing awareness and understanding of compliance risk reporting and governance across the Company.
  • Develop forward-looking performance indicators using data visualization, analysis, and calibration to strengthen oversight of compliance risk and program effectiveness.

Why You'll Love Working Here:

  • Visibility and influence with senior leaders in Compliance and the Company.
  • Meaningful work that directly supports Schwab's risk management and compliance framework.
  • Opportunities to innovate and continuously improve enterprise reporting and metrics.
  • Competitive compensation, including salary plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you have
You're a strategic thinker with a passion for clarity, precision, and impact:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business management; graduate degree or financial certifications preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in financial, risk, or compliance reporting within a diversified financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building enterprise standards, processes, and metrics-from design through execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, and adaptability in fast paced, deadline driven environments.
  • Strong relationship building skills and a collaborative, client focused mindset.
  • Clear, concise, confident communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage audiences at all levels-both written and verbal.
