In the position of Fashion Advisor, you will maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. You will create strong client relationships and brand loyalty by ensuring excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times. You have great styling ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, and are a brand ambassador of the highest order.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

• acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge (RTW) and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities

• lead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand

• create a luxurious experience for all clients through providing clients with prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service

• establish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach

• offer relevant after sales care, including the appropriate information regarding events and new collections

• successfully participate in and complete any training provided, acquiring, and applying high standards of selling skills and product knowledge

Position requirements:

• Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in luxury environment/Fashion

• RTW experience will be considered a strong asset

• Passion for client experience, fashion and luxury

• You are a self-driven, positive, and independent person

• You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Living in or around Amsterdam and fulltime available
