Role Mission

Are you passionate about project execution and looking to work in a global company that transforms industry through cutting‑edge technology? ABB is seeking a Project Consultant II to join our Process Industries team in Brazil. If you have experience with SAP, logistics, invoicing, project controls, and documentation—and are ready to take on challenges in complex projects—this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Planners with administrative, logistical, and operational project activities.

• Handle purchase requisitions, follow up on purchase order issuance, and maintain control information in SAP.

• Execute project-related activities such as invoicing, shipments, logistics, purchase requisitions, production orders, and financial processes.

• Manage export processes for material shipments.

• Organize and control internal and customer documentation, including daily reports, supply maps, and required records.

• Support warranty processes, material logistics, inventory, and operational demands from the project management team.

• Provide support in Document Control activities, issuing/uploading transmittals, posting documents, and following up with customers.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience with SAP (PS, CS, and MM) in project routines, logistics, and invoicing.

• Previous experience in project environments (administrative support, controls, or planning).

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration).

• Intermediate English (reading and writing).

Differentials

• Experience with optimization or automation tools based on AI.

• Knowledge of logistics, tax, and warranty processes.

• Experience in engineering, automation, or process‑intensive industries.
