About the Role
As a key member of Chanel’s Fragrance & Beauty Marketing team, you will lead the fragrance category strategy in Hong Kong, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives. This role champions the orchestration of client journeys, elevating product ownership and delivering an ultra-luxury fragrance experience that reinforces Chanel’s brand desirability.

- Shape Category Strategy: Drive and implement fragrance initiatives that strengthen market share and brand equity.
- Deliver Integrated Experiences: Collaborate across Retail Marketing, CRM, Omni-channel, and PR/Media to create seamless client engagement.
- Optimize Performance: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements for sustained business impact.
- Enhance Client Journeys: Design personalized experiences and boutique events that deepen client loyalty and elevate the luxury fragrance narrative.

What You Will Bring
- Qualifications & Experience: Degree in business or marketing; minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury beauty.
- Core Competencies: Passion for luxury and beauty, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Expertise: Proven ability in strategic planning, campaign management, forecasting, and budget oversight.
