At Chanel, the digital transformation of our operational and management models is accelerating, especially within our Digital Europe teams. As the BI Product Manager for the Sustainability & Solution domains, you will be a key player within a rapidly evolving Data & Analytics team that is currently being reorganized around groups of data domains, so it is better positioned to meet the needs of our internal partners.
You will be responsible for defining and building the dashboard and reporting offer for strategic areas (ESG, Technology, Legal, HR…), serving as the key link between Chanel Europe and Global teams.Your mission is to ensure the availability of robust, innovative, and tailored decision-making tools to support Chanel’s transformation at every level—from, ESG strategy to human capital development.
Reporting to the Manager of Analytics Finance, Operations & Sales, you will lead a multidisciplinary squad (BI Data Analysts, Data Engineers) and work closely with Tech teams, domain experts (HR, Legal, ESG, etc.), and Global teams to ensure coherence and complementarity of solutions. You will operate within an agile framework, overseeing the full BI product lifecycle from business needs discovery to continuous improvement, always striving to maximize business value.
Your main missions:
Squad Leadership
- Lead a squad of BI Data Analysts and Data Engineers in an agile (Scrum-like) environment
- Foster a climate of trust, innovation, and technical excellence, cultivating an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
Product Management
- Define the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the dashboard offer across ESG, People & Organization, and Ethics & Legal, etc… domains
- Prioritize development efforts based on business impact and internal stakeholders’ needs (across Europe and Global)
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and relevance across all BI solutions
- Monitor adoption, usage, and user satisfaction to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain active awareness of BI trends, data visualization, and data governance within these domains
Collaboration
- Act as the key interface between Europe and Global teams (Finance, ESG, HR, Legal...) to ensure alignment and share best practices
- Build trustful relationships with business lines and user markets, acting as a change facilitator and proactive partner
- Work closely with Tech to design the best technical solutions

You excel in communication, change management, and building synergies between technical and business stakeholders. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy tackling complex challenges, and are passionate about strategic management, responsibility, and digital transformation.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- At least 5 years of significant experience in BI product management, ideally in ESG, HR, or Legal, Finance in a retail environment
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to make technical subjects accessible to non-specialists
- Recognized leadership, diplomacy, and the ability to drive projects forward in international matrix environments
- Mastery of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), ability to facilitate team rituals, and a strong product vision applied to BI
- Solid expertise in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), dashboard design, and data storytelling, with proven experience contributing to the development of a BI offer
- Good understanding of data engineering issues and effective collaboration with Data Engineers to ensure reliable, scalable solutions
- Experience in international or corporate/global environments, involvement in self-service BI implementation, and knowledge of SQL are strong assets
