Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of ABB’s offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. Each day, you will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offer. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China
You will be mainly accountable for:

Analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and setting market requirements for future development.

Managing existing solutions used in the market, leveraging in monitoring sales target fulfillment and in taking appropriate actions.

Defining future features and services.

Boosting market penetration in line with the AT/AU’s ambitions.

Qualifications for the role- Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred; Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent work experience also accepted.

Previous experience in a similar field is a strong plus.

Understanding of the global and local markets for Enclosure/Switchgear, with experience in product management sales, engineering, R&D, and operational projects is a plus.

Strong and well-developed communication, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.

Teamwork, a penchant for innovation, attention to customers and stakeholders, and strong motivation are essential personal qualities.

Ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends, driven by curiosity and motivation.
