About the Role

As a Logistics Supervisor at CHANEL, you will lead and optimize logistics operations for Hong Kong and Macau. This role ensures seamless supply chain performance by driving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and fostering team development. You will oversee shipment activities, inventory accuracy, and vendor performance while supporting strategic decisions through data analysis and reporting.

What You Will Bring

• Education & Experience: University degree in Supply Chain or Logistics; minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics operations or freight forwarding, preferably in luxury retail.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and MS Office; knowledge of import/export procedures.
• Competencies: Strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Languages: Fluency in Cantonese and English.
